My latest discovery: rollerball perfumes. And how I didn't know about these little lifesavers before is beyond me! Perfect for popping in your bag on your way out, topping up on your favourite scent on a long day and the easy way to bring your perfume abroad with you, perfumes in rollerball form are a must have. Unfortunately, I have only been able to find them in the US and so I made sure I stocked up, but they are available online to order to the UK, so get clicking now!

Polka dot nails
Another week and another nail design. This time I chose to use a red Bourjois nail varnish and decorate my nails with my new gold nail art pen to create cute polka dots. Not as easy to do as I first thought, especially not on my right hand, but although close up they look a little untidy, they look pretty good from a bit of a distance. Now what to do next week...

Monday Pick Me Up
This weeks Monday Pick Me Up is a rather special one, as these are the shoes that I have chosen to wear for my upcoming birthday in a few weeks. These gorgeous sporty grey wedges compliment the maxi dress I'm going to wear perfectly (remind yourself of the dress here) and not too difficult to walk in either which is a definite bonus! For Premium shoes, these heels are reasonably priced and they look a lot more expensive than their actual price, especially when you see them off-screen. Looks like all I need now is a bag to complete my birthday outfit!

Caviar Nails
The hunt for bigger and better nail designs just got serious. Whilst looking for inspiration for future nail designs, I stumbled upon these images of Ciate's latest creation: Caviar nails. To say I am excited to give these a go is an understatement. If only they weren't sold out :( Guess I'll have to find some beads of my own to use!
What's great about this design is that you can create the look yourself very easily and here's how:
Step 1: Paint your nails with two coats of nail polish (colour of your choice)
Step2: Whilst wet, pour beads onto your nails, one at a time, whilst over the tray provided.
Step 3: Press the beads down gently to secure them in place.
Step 4: Fill any gaps with more beads and then pour the leftover beads in the tray back into the bottle using the funnel provided.
It's as easy as peas!

5 of the best: White Dresses
Inspired by my Get it White this Summer blog post on Sunday, I have decided to make this Thursday's '5 of the best' on white dresses. Here are some of my fav's around at the moment. Hopefully more will pop up as we get nearer to the sunshine, because the selection in shops now isn't as big as I'd have liked!

Glitter Fade Nails
A few weeks ago, in a post about my Mulberry inspired nails, I mentioned that I made it my new years resolution to have nicely painted nails all year round. I also promised that I would post pictures of my best designs. So here is my attempt at 'glitter fade' nails, which is a design on offer at Wah! nails. I chose a duck egg blue from Bourjois and applied pink glitter Models Own varnish over the top in layers.
How To: Friday Night Hair
Looking for a new Friday night hairdo? Well look no further than Look magazine's Friday night hair tutorials on their website - they are Ah-mazing! Two of my fav's are Whitney Port's grungy waves and Olivia Palermo's Voluminous hair because they both look effortlessly chic and are surprisingly easy to achieve yourself!

Monday Pick Me Up
They say a girl can never have too many bags. Well thank goodness for that, because after spotting this gorgeous studded tote at River Island, I can feel another addition to my already vast collection coming along very soon!
Okay so it's cream and suede, which makes it not the most practical of bags. And yes, it does have a pretty hefty price tag too. But when something looks as good as this does, it is very hard to resist! Hmm, maybe I'll just add it to my wishlist for now...

Lust-after Item of the Week
These stunning peep-toe wedges are my lust-after item of the week and it's easy to see why. In that bright pink they'll be great for Summer and will also be a nice change from all the black heels and wedges I normally buy.
If you're tempted by these beauties, then you can pick up a pair here.
Sunday
Flora
Sometimes, the back cover of a magazine can be even more enticing than the front, and that is definitely the case in this months issue of Company magazine. Don't get me wrong, Florence looks great in a backless sequin frock, but the Flora by Gucci advert on the back of the magazine was far more enchanting. And it's no wonder these images are so hypnotic. Flowing pastel gowns and the gorgeous Abbey Lee Kershaw is most definitely an irresistible combination.

One Maxi from Day to Night
Tempted by that maxi dress but not sure you'll get a lot of wear out of it? I've chosen this gorgeous strappy maxi from Miss Selfridge to show just how versatile a maxi can be. And if you are looking for make-up tips to go with these looks then head to Harriet of falling-in-london's post here.
Shopping addict that I am, this dress is already sitting in my wardrobe ready to wear for my birthday in a few weeks. I can't wait!

5 of the best: Print Bralets
Spring is here and it's time to let a bit of sunshine into your wardrobe, so head to Topshop, where they have an excellent selection on offer. A printed bralet is a great summer staple which will take you from beach to bar and they are generally a lot cheaper than buying yourself a new top. With aztec, floral and denim designs available, as well as many others, there really is a style out there for everyone. For those of you who do not own a bralet already, or are yet to at least try one on, then don't dismiss them quite so quickly. Bralets can be super flattering, especially corset style ones which are figure-enhancing and accentuate your curves.

Beaded Brows
It's the show we've all been waiting for and Chanel's A/W '12 RTW catwalk show today didn't disappoint. Probably the most unusual part of the show was the beaded eyebrows that models were sporting. Created by Chanel's beauty genius Peter Philips, these crazy eyebrows certainly got our attention. Philips used strips of crystals and mineral rocks, ensuring that no hair was out of place, in order to create this glitzy look with a real futuristic feel.
Well if lip tattoos can catch on, then who knows, maybe beaded eyebrows really are the next big thing... (I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that they aren't!)

Party in the USA
Have you ever seen anything so great as these American flag nail wraps? They're certainly quite a quirky option for your nails, but with a trip to America fast approaching, I know what my next Topshop purchase will be. Some may say wearing these to America is a step too far and would be cringeworthy and embarrassing (one of those people being my brother no doubt), but I don't care! I have admired the American flag nail design at Wah! nails for so long and now that I can achieve that look at a fraction at a price there is no stopping me. I'll just have to learn to master the art of applying nail wraps fairly soon. But they can't be too difficult right? I'll upload the pictures once I've given them a go :)
5 of the best: Black Clutch Bags
The black clutch. It's the bag of choice for a night out, and why? Because black is the safe option. It's versatile yes, but sometimes it's just plain boring. There is no point in spending ages choosing the perfect dress and heels to then ruin your outfit with a shoddy clutch.
That's not to say you must now run out and buy a new expensive bag with a crazy design, oh no. If you're looking for a more classic style clutch, then head to Zara where you'll find these two oversized clutch bags, shown below. These simple designs are elegantly shaped with minimal detailing that oozes sophistication. But, if you are looking for something a little more daring and that will make more of a statement, then head to River Island for this gorgeous striped clutch with its stylish envelope-style shape or to Asos for this aztec inspired clutch with neon detailing, see below. See, black needn't be boring!
